At this time we do not have Reflex mattresses in showrooms or retail stores, but they do come with a 100 night sleep trial. This means that you can try your mattress out for 100 nights. If you are unhappy for any reason, please contact us and we will assist with our return process.

Your mattress will expand instantly once opened, but please allow 48 hours to fully expand. You can use it as soon as it looks comfortable.
All Reflex mattresses are compatible with box springs, adjustable bases, and platform beds. To ensure proper support, platform beds must have at least 5 support legs and slats that are no less than 3 inches wide and no more than 4 inches apart. Please see full details here.
We recommend spot cleaning your mattress with a damp cloth or sponge. The use of bleach or other harsh agents can cause stains or damage that could void your warranty. Do not remove your mattress cover as it will void your warranty.
