At this time we do not have Reflex mattresses in showrooms or retail stores, but they do come with a 100 night sleep trial. This means that you can try your mattress out for 100 nights. If you are unhappy for any reason, please contact us and we will assist with our return process.

Your mattress will expand instantly once opened, but please allow 48 hours to fully expand. You can use it as soon as it looks comfortable.
All Reflex mattresses are compatible with box springs, adjustable bases, and platform beds. To ensure proper support, platform beds must have at least 5 support legs and slats that are no less than 3 inches wide and no more than 4 inches apart. Please see full details here.
We recommend spot cleaning your mattress with a damp cloth or sponge. The use of bleach or other harsh agents can cause stains or damage that could void your warranty. Do not remove your mattress cover as it will void your warranty.
I love firm foam mattresses. This is the fourth foam mattress I have owned over the past 25+ years. This is the first foam mattresses that is both firm and doesn't trap heat! On all my previous mattresses, I needed to shed sheets and blankets to regulate heat. I don't need to do any of that with the cooling abilities of this mattress! Like many other foam mattresses, it comes compressed in a box. Opening it just takes time to be careful to only cut the plastic bag and not cut the mattress itself. I recommend doing that on the bed where the mattress will be used since moving the uncompressed mattress is a lot harder than when it's still in the box.
I’m absolutely astonished by the quality of this mattress. Up until now, I’ve always thought expensive luxury mattresses were a scam. I mean how much better could they be than a budget mattress? Boy, was I wrong. This mattress is a life saver. I usually have very terrible mid back pain after having my son, I just thought it was a side effect of giving birth. After the first night of sleeping on this mattress I realized I didn’t feel the back pain the next day. I thought, maybe just a placebo effect. Nope, ever since I’ve been sleeping on it, no serious back pain. I’m overjoyed. The mattress contours perfectly to the shape of my body, no matter which way or how I lay. I can feel it supporting any curve on my body. It’s a miracle. It was super easy to set up as well, once you open the bag it took shape within seconds. It’s also very nice and thick.

The Molecule Reflex Elite has completely exceeded my expectations. One of my favorite features other than the cooling aspect, is that the sides have handled that are like no other. They are thick and really help when moving the mattress around. This matress came securely packaged in cardboard and heavy duty plastic. This helped make it easy to move into the spare room where it could expand for 48 hours.
I was plesantly suprised with this mattress when we were placing it onto our box springs. Each of the length sides of the matress have 2 handholds for ease of moving it. I love this feature.
When I first used this mattress, I felt like I was laying on top of it. This is in stark contrast to my old matress which was puffy and you sank down into it. This difference initially made the new matress feel hard but after two nights to adjust, I absolutely love it.
The design of this mattress is ideal for side sleepers. It genuinely supports the spine in a way that removes all pressure from the back. Even my shoulders feel at ease after sleeping on my side.
Did I mention the 15 year warranty? If a company is willing to put a 15 year warranty on an item, it shows you they know it's high quality.
