All Reflex mattresses are compatible with box springs, adjustable bases, and platform beds. To ensure proper support, platform beds must have at least 5 support legs and slats that are no less than 3 inches wide and no more than 4 inches apart. Please see full details here.
We recommend spot cleaning your mattress with a damp cloth or sponge. The use of bleach or other harsh agents can cause stains or damage that could void your warranty. Do not remove your mattress cover as it will void your warranty.
This mattress is a lot firmer and thicker than I thought it was going to be when it was delivered. Upon delivery it was vacuumed sealed. It took 48 hours to fully get its shape. The mattress is temperature regulated which helps my son sleep even better as he is always hot. It also has personalized pressure relief if sleeping with a partner. This is a queen size and my son who is 220 pounds and 5 ft. 9 in. Fits great on it with lots of room to spread out. His feet don't dangle off the end. I highly recommend this brand.
This bed is fantastic. It is very supportive and the cooling features of the bed are nice since it has been warm at night. The mattress feels soft but firm, providing the perfect support for my back. I don’t wake up stiff anymore. The memory foam isn’t hot which was a problem I had in the past with mattresses. Overall, I think it is a nice density comfort mattress that has cooling techniques.
I used to think memory foam was the best product out, but I clearly did not understand what spinal alignment could be until I slept on the Reflex hybrid! The mattress is supportive, cooling, plush and also somehow firm. If you have chronic stiffness, aches, and back pain, please do your body a favor and invest in restorative sleep.
Also, the mattress has handles, which is an absolute game changer for transporting the bed (how has nobody thought of this before?)
I am a side sleeper and I tend to toss and turn a lot, which usually ends up waking my wife multiple times during the night. After about 15 years, we finally decided it was time to replace our mattress. We got the chance to try out the Molecule Reflex Pro Hybrid 11" (queen), and I have to admit—I was a little skeptical at first. It was my first time getting a mattress in a box, and knowing it also had springs made me wonder how good it could really be. The mattress arrived around 9am, and by the time I got it unboxed and set it up on the bed frame, it was about 10:30am. My wife was already asleep by the time bed I went to bed which was around 11pm, so it had roughly 12 hours to expand. The main part is when I slept on it, my wife did not wake up at all. The next day I asked her if she felt me tossing and the answer was surprisingly no. Honestly, I could feel the difference from the very first night. My shoulder pain was gone. By the second night, the mattress had fully expanded to the full 11 inches and felt completely settled. That night was even better—my back pain had eased up, and still no shoulder pain. I have been using it for a couple of weeks now, and I am truly impressed. I am definitely sleeping better, not waking up in pain, and overall, my nights feel much more restful. I am for sure tossing but my wife is not affected. For reference, I am about 5’8” and around 160 lbs. To me, the mattress feels medium—supportive but not too firm. It doesn’t have that deep sink…
This mattress came compressed and rolled up in a box. Once I opened it, it was ready to be slept on in a couple of hours. It is so cool and I sleep so much better now. No more night sweats for me. I don't know how they do it, but it really is much cooler than other foam mattresses I've had. It is a little on the firmer side, which is what I prefer. I used to wake up with shoulder pain during the night, but I haven't experienced that since I got this mattress. I think it's just more supportive and I feel more rested every morning.
