At this time we do not have Reflex mattresses in showrooms or retail stores, but they do come with a 100 night sleep trial. This means that you can try your mattress out for 100 nights. If you are unhappy for any reason, please contact us and we will assist with our return process.

All Reflex mattresses are compatible with box springs, adjustable bases, and platform beds. To ensure proper support, platform beds must have at least 5 support legs and slats that are no less than 3 inches wide and no more than 4 inches apart. Please see full details here.
We recommend spot cleaning your mattress with a damp cloth or sponge. The use of bleach or other harsh agents can cause stains or damage that could void your warranty. Do not remove your mattress cover as it will void your warranty.
I received my mattress and the first thing I need to say is the box it came in was heavy and awkward. It said to move the box to the room before opening but I had to get this upstairs in my house so had to wait until I had someone to help as moving this on your own up the stairs was not safe. Once I got it set up it has been comfortable to sleep on. The firmness seems to be just right, and I have slept well on it. I can feel some of the cooling properties when it has been warm at night. Overall I am satisfied but think they could be more up front about the weight and design better packaging to move it around in.
This is my first mattress from Molecule and so far I'm really liking it. It's a beautiful mattress and not just because its my favorite color but it also has a nice design. Setting up the mattress seemed a little difficult because of the large heavy box it came in, but once the actual mattress was taken out of the box it got easier. The mattress is quite taller than my previous one but isn't an issue for us.
Sleeping on the mattress was when I could tell this is quite a comfortable mattress and immediately I could feel the top layers cooling layer that felt great to the touch. The mattress is comfortably firm yet plush and soft but didn't make me sink in which is great and just how I like it. The biggest caveat for me as well as my wife is that when we sleep on it and move around or get on or off the bed, the other person will definitely feel the mattress move and perhaps bother their sleep, which I know will be an issue for other people that are sensitive to that, which we are since our last mattress was a memory foam one that didn't transfer motion. Besides that issue I personally like the mattress and have had great sleep on it the past few nights and am hoping it continues improving my sleep.
I am loving this molecule, elite flex, hybrid mattress it’s so much more comfortable than my previous mattress. I used to toss and turn a lot and wake up at night, now with this mattress, I’m so comfortable I don’t find myself tossing and turning or waking up. The mattress has nice cooling technology and it provides just the right amount of support while being soft and contouring to my body shape.. I sleep on my side a lot and the cushion that this mattress has is just right I don’t find myself getting sore if I sleep in the same position all night like I would with my other mattress it really takes the pressure off of your body and you don’t have to turn around changing positions throughout the night.
I've had issues with different memory foam mattresses and was excited to try this hybrid model. It provides a good compromise between softness and support. Some positive notes: Expanded to full height almost immediately Good edge support Soft top layer of foam with strong support coils underneath Premium feel top cover Heavy, meaning good quality materials I don't really have any negatives yet and hope the mattress lasts a long time. Other mattresses have sagged over time and I expect the 1900 coil springs to help prevent that. Edge support is strong and easy to sit on the edge. The very top layer is soft yet supportive and the coils add extra support and long term care. I'll try to update the review if I discover and other positives or negatives...
My husband and I were discussing the features we would like in our next mattress, as we’ve recently been having trouble sleeping comfortably through the night. We received this mattress at the perfect time! I immediately touched the mattress once it fully expanded, and I couldn’t believe how soft and cool it felt. I instantly wanted to lay on it. The mattress is extremely comfortable, helps me relax, and makes it very easy to drift off into a great night of sleep. I have had insomnia for many, many years, but it’s no match for this mattress. My husband noticed a difference after the first night. He said the mattress was very comfortable and he felt well rested when he woke up. We both appreciate the cool feeling and overall support through the night. I think we toss and turn less throughout the night now, but even if we do, it’s not bothersome for the other due to the isolation feature. I would recommend this mattress to anyone currently in the market for a great mattress, and I wouldn’t hesitate to purchase in the future!
