We recommend spot cleaning your mattress with a damp cloth or sponge. The use of bleach or other harsh agents can cause stains or damage that could void your warranty. Do not remove your mattress cover as it will void your warranty.
I find this mattress supportive and comfortable for the most part. It was easy to get out of the box and it quickly inflated. The mattress didn't respond when my partner moved. I did find it slightly too firm, but that is personal preference. I'm giving it 4 stars as the mattress wasn't as cooling as I thought it'd be. I was hopeful this would help with how hot I get at night , but didn't find the cooling effect to be any different than my old mattress.
The Copperwell hybrid 13" mattress is very comfortable, the memory foam is really good abd aligns my body well. The first couple of nights it was a little uncomfortable because I wasn't used to it. I have had other mattresses with memory foam but nothing like this one. The only complaint I have is that it is white but a mattress cover fixed that issue. I highly recommend if you're waking up with numbness, I am not tossing and turning anymore. I am sleeping in the same position for most of the night.
We were able to get this new bed and I am sleeping so much better! We are both hot sleepers, and between the new bed and sheets, we are getting life altering sleep. We used to wake up burning hot, but no more. I can't recommend it enough!
After many years of waking up stiff and not well rested, I am so happy to have the CopperWELL Hybrid 13" in our lives. We made the transition from a fairly expensive pillowtop that was nice, but the comfort wore out quickly as both the mattress and our bodies aged. We needed more support and temperature regulation to go along with being able to leave each other be when we moved around. I can honestly say that my wife and I don't feel each other as often when getting up at various times throughout the night...or at least I don't feel her. Haha! We also have a 25lbs Poochon in bed with us as well. I don't really feel his movement either.
Another added perk is that I don't seem to be waking up as sweaty as I did with the other mattress. There's nothing worse than waking up and feeling like you were in a swamp and need a shower already. This mattress has been great at regulating our bodies through some of the hottest weather that the Midwest has ever seen. I am super impressed.
Lastly, I was always hesitant about the whole mattress in the box thing. Let's just say that the hesitation is no longer there. My 17yo son and I easily moved this upstairs and set it up in no time. I wish I took a video of it opening up. That was actually pretty cool to watch. If someone is looking for a medium firmness with comfort and support, then I think this is the mattress that you can rest your head and shoulders upon. I don't wake up stiff or hot at all. I just wake up feeling well rested…
Once the CopperWell Hybrid 13 arrived it was easy to setup. Just pull it from the box, sit the mattress on the Box Spring / frame and cut it open and let it unfold. After that let it sit for a day or so to fully relax and stretch out. It does help to have two people as it can be pretty heavy though. The comfort of the bed IMHO on a 1-10 with 1 being soft and 10 being hard about a 6. It was firm, but not too firm. Made for some very good sleep. One of the nicest things is how if you run a warm body temp like I do, it can help to pull your body heat away from your body and keep you cooler. All around this is a nice buy for the price!
